Add +20% Armor Hardiness to Corrupted Shell

From a discussion between Shibari and I; Corrupted Shell basically struck Shibari as pretty bad due to a lack of strong niche effect and the somewhat iffy/subjective impact of saves, and this possible answer came up.

I have to admit, I don't think it's broken, and it's quite interesting. :)
