Simple enough. Allow us to disable achievements under cheat mode by an option. Needing them to be on could be useful for testing a certain new achievement, but turning them off prevents reckless addon-testers from breaking there achivement list and earning things they shouldn't have yet.
Mentioned this in IRC yesterday, just making this official.
