Give light armors ego multipliers

Just a little something to give light armors more of a niche. Right now, they're just "heavy armor, but less so."

They're not, really. Artifacts make a big difference, here. Saving on strength is somewhat meaningful even in endgame (not hugely, but it does give you a bit more flexibility elsewhere in your gear selection) and keeping encumbrance low is important for a lot of people. Also, I'm pretty sure that there are some egos that only appear on heavy, and others that only appear on light. (this is, of course, leaving aside the difference in generics)

I'm not quite happy with the spot light armor is in overall, but it's a lot better than when I started playing, I feel.

I don't think it needs something as extreme as an ego mult, just a bit more tweaking. If anything, a small(10%~) one on massive would be better.

(Robes, now, those were really markedly useless in general until top tier; It's half why I made those ego tweaks. :) )

How about few more light armour only egos?
