It suddenly occurs to me that Bone Shield on Nightmare/Insane will, for enemies, begin to regenerate a shield every three~ turns for enemies. Some builds(Some Corruptors off the top of my head) may have horrifying amounts of trouble overcoming that initial 10+ shields+regen.
I'm not sure how to prevent this for rares(forbid the skill, perhaps? It's probably going to end up over Fearscape levels of good for them at high points), but for now a max of 5~ on the Orc Corruptors/Thaurhegs/Weirdling Beast(fixed skill levels still are boosted by Nightmare/Insane bonuses...something that also needs to be tweaked, I'm planning an addon for this stuff once I get my thoughts in line, as I'm far enough in Nightmare to have a good feel)/anyone else I'm forgetting who has it would be really good.
It's already borderline too good for enemies on those difficulties anyways, among skills. That could get really ugly, really fast.

I thoroughly agree, and would also like to see the regeneration toned down a bit for player characters as well. As I said in the original thread, this should just be a sidegrade for added convenience, not an upgrade.

Na, rush is supposed to be 0cd for some foes
