Would it be possible to change this to something else entirely? Fighting Rhaloren, cultists and mummies is currently just too much of a pain what with them turning invisible after the first hit, and there's like 4 different zones where they are the pincipal enemy. It gets oh so very tedious for melee based classes, espeically if the Shadow Strung Orbs don't drop.
Re: [1.03] Secrets of the Eternals =/
...You're not one-shotting them as a melee class?
This is meant as a legitimate question. Every enemy with Secrets of the Eternals is quite frail, and I can't think of a melee class that can't do that. (Death Dance, Flurry and Assault all did it well enough from my recollections on various runs.)
Also, there is a question of Dreads, which is to say, if these guys are bad, Dreads are way worse about it. (Admittedly, they are less common, but.)

Current game is an AM cursed, so yeah early game damage output isn't spectacular. Also I tend to just bump non-elite enemies unless I have to get tactical about it and this kind of works against that. Dreads are of course highly annoying as well, but then again they're pretty much restricted to Dreadfell and has jack for offensiva capabilities unlike them mages.
Maybe Invisibility as a whole could be reworked somehow? Anything with an AoE attack currently ignores it and the enemies that get it are pretty much done for in melee range anyhow, all it does is giving them one or two grace turns. At least sneaking enemies have the decency to show their location once they've 1-upped you.

Oh, yeah, Cursed do have fairly poor early game damage. Forgot them.
Honestly, a better answer in this specific case would be Cursed getting invis/stealth piercing abilities inherently on Preternatural Senses. They're inordinately punished by stealth and invis, I feel.
Other physical classes can often easily one/two shot through the odds(if you have multiple hit techs) if you plan for this, and mages can get around it-it's a matter of fighting through the random odds to get the finisher, and it's not too hard to do for most fighters. Cursed, though...
