Quit to Desktop option

If it's do-able, an option to "quit to desktop" from the Esc menu and the character death menu would be a nice thing to have.

As it is now, to quit you have to Exit to Menu, wait for the save, wait at the loading screen for the main menu, then Exit again. It just makes you sit through an extra loading screen, which can be a bit sluggish and annoying. So, yeah, being able to exit straight from the game would generally be preferable if possible.

Not only that, but you also have to CONFIRM that you want to exit. A "Save and exit immediately" option would really really be much appreciated...
