I would love to see Vault access for lowbies. It should be an unlock to people who are "hardcore" players so they can get through the "same old, same old" a bit quicker and easier.
Make it donation only or an option for people who think the idea is too OP'ed. Or save for Insane mode.

Access to the Sher'Tul Fortress for low level characters? I wouldn't want that to be determined by donation, but I wouldn't care if Nur/wierdling beast were made easier, or if there was earlier access to it.
