Bone gaint seems does not affected by blighted summoning

I think necromancer's bone gaint should affected by blighted summoning.
Bone shield maybe?

And also,the night terrors that summoned by the solipsist should affect by blighted summoning too.
Dark Surprise?

And also the ghoul that summoned by the corpse curse,
and the weapon summoned by Cursed Sentry,
and the terrors summoned by the nightmare curse.

This has been added in the SVN. Bone giants get Bone Shield.
Author of the Infinite 500 and PlenumTooltip addons, and the joys of Scaling in ToME.
