Change the Marauder unlock
Marauder unlock is both obscure (restricted to a single class, not obvious to unspoiled players) and unnecessarily hard for a class that is pretty straightforward in mechanics. Also there's a lack of low level unlocks. I suggest changing it to something much simpler, such as:
1. Killing any rogue (nice and easy! would be a welcome early unlock for new players, giving them quick access to a class that plays more like a traditional roguelike fighter)
2. Killing the assassin lord (showing the power of brute force over subtlety)

+1 its really really hard with the tired system.
Other one is doing 600 with any class, any attack...

I don't think Marauder is a good class to unlock early. 
Alternative unlock ways that require some games played in difficulty would be ok. Maybe one of the gold gathered achievements ( 1000 or 2000 )?

I guess thats just from a moderate-good roguelike player perspective. Of course it can bump into enemies until level 10 like any other class, but the longterm perspective is not so great in my opinion. I probably overthink that all a bit.

I'd say it's very similar to the Arcane Blade in terms of difficulty to master. Important point is though it's easy to get into, and uses some very traditional roguelike tactics for people coming from other genres. It's a good class to show people early, to give an option from some of the more activate-heavy classes.

I agree, there's not many class that can do 600 single damage in one hit.

Suggesting this just because it fits, though it's not low level(and I'm not a fan of unlocks myself, though I find 'cheap' unlocks like 'just kill a rogue' or 'see a summoner' amusing)...what about gathering all the lore about Garkul?

Garkul wasn't a Marauder - he was a Marauder/Berserker hybrid really, but probably leaning more towards Berserker.

You can always edit the unlock file if you want them the easy way. 
I would prefer if people would do that instead of changing the unlock to killing a rogue or something similar simple. Not that the unlock is exceptionally hard as it is, it can be done under level 20 as everybody should know by now.

This leads us to what should be a policy for unlocks: start 'em easy, because it makes for a lot of testers and feedback. It should be possible to make them more difficult later, and everybody who as already unlocked them will rejoice because they got it while the going was good.
Also: unlocks that depend on playing a specific class (the other culprit: Paradox Mage) are bad.

I agree that class-specific unlocks are bad...or at least unpleasant. I'd like to unlock the Marauder, but I seriously hate Rogues. Maybe it could be changed to something like "Deal X amount of damage from stealth or invisibility"? That'd give every class *some* chance of unlocking it, while still favoring Rogues.
