NPC resurrection is one of the most annoying enemy traits IMO. The two main enemies that can resurrect are Skeletons/bone giants and shadows (from Call Shadows). Having skeletons resurrect is basically just giving them a stealthy doubling of HP and clearing all debuffs, and Shadows are much, much worse, as they do not have a limit to how often they can use Reform despite the 50% chance.
I propose the following changes:
NPC skeletons/bone giants do not dispel debuffs when resurrecting. Alternatively, they are stunned/confused for 1-2 rounds.
Shadows get a 5 (?) turn cooldown on reform, which would prevent them from resurrecting multiple times in the same turn as I have seen.
