Reorganise the re-bind keys screen

The hotkeys rebind list kinda dominates the rebind screen at the moment, even though it's the one that is likely rebound least. Since the rebind list kinda doubles as the command list I suggest moving the more common ones like inventory stuff to the top.

I also can't help but think the defaults should be rethought some time. Why 'm' for the abilities list? Why z for auto-explore? Why G for the level-up window? (remember that this doubles as the talents window as well) I'm sure existing players are quite used to it as is, or to whatever they have things rebound to (I have a lot of rebindings myself) but for new players it's quite confusing without some clear mnemonics.

Agree this needs reorganizing. For new players this is not just a way to re-bind keys but to learn what actual commands are available. So it is important for the all-important first impression of the game. The most common commands that a new player may want to learn should be at the top.
