ghosts from the past

could be possible to meet a ghost of our previous characters? if i have understood well, the data of all our chars are stored, so making a ghostly copy of them shouldn't be such a difficult thing, including their equipment and skills at death. Maybe a wandering spirit as unique random encounter of an appropriate level (i don't want to meet my level 40 berserker in trollmire!). Is this possible?
