Add notification text on Greater Weapon Focus extra strike

I was beginning to doubt that my Greater Weapon Focus (GWF) was actually being triggered until Reenan talked me through an edit to include a notification that the extra blow was being triggered.

Can we add a line to the message like to indicate this happens?
Reenan suggested "Player gets focussed!"
I'd thought of "Player gets in an extra blow!"
I daresay our flavour text geniuses (genii?) can come up with something better!
