[b20b] Telekinetic Smash should be rightclickable on the foe

With most talents that need an enemy target, you can right-click the enemy and it appears in the list of things you can do to that enemy, but for some reason, the Mindslayer's Telekinetic Smash is accessible instead through right-clicking your Character. That makes no sense for this type of talent.
