Do you really want to quit? Really? Sure? No kidding?

Alright... I'm in game and I want to leave my current game. I press the little system "x"... and I'm prompted "Do you really want to quit?". Then I'm redirected to the main menu...
Pressing "x" again, I'm prompted "Do you really want to exit?" for the second time...

Does the game have to be THAT paranoid???

I can understand why it's like that. It would suck if you could accidentally quit a character forever because of a single typo or erroneous click.

I still remember incidents from Nethack where I quit a promising character because I accidentally bumped the capslock and then tried to quaff potion y.

The problem is x'ing out should leave both the module and the engine, instead of bringing one back to the starting screen.

I think these should be two separate functionalities...
Sometimes I want to quit back to the engine, to change characters and such.
However, I like the idea of being able to QUIT.
Maybe "x" vs "^X" or something.
