adjust staff damage type for various egos

I think that it would be good to make it so that the some egos adjust the damage type of the staff
  • magma -> fire
  • temporal -> temporal
  • icy -> cold
  • acidic -> acid
  • crackling -> lightning
  • naturalist -> nature
  • blighted -> blight
  • sunbathed -> light
  • shadow -> darkness
basically put the following in each ego, where FOO is the damage type:

combat = { damtype = DamageType.FOO }
blasting, infernal and chronomancers could be changed too, but blasting and infernal would have to add a ranged_project for the second damage type
