Add IRC to homepage

On te4.org in the line that reads: News Tales of Maj'Eyal T-Engine 4 Download Forums Wiki Donate! Contact : can we add "IRC" too, and then have a link to mibbit as well as the server and address for whoever wants to use another chat engine?
