Since Time Prison is uber awesome and worth learning that tree just to learn it I suggest we put it at the top.
Since Time Shield is kinda meh lets put it at the bottom.

Done, tweaked values of all mage shields too, they were punny and useless compared to the rune

I'm not really in favor of this change... Essence of Speed is the uber talent in the tree and should be at the bottom: Congeal Time (who uses that anyway? maybe a time bolt spell with slowing effect would be more useful), Time Shield (early damage shield), Time Prison, Essence of Speed (who has 250 mana to spend early anyway?)
