I like the idea of a mindcrit potion, but it really doesn't fit on the guy who currently has the Mastery potion. Maybe if you moved spellcrit over from Agrimley, and let him have it? It would explain how it is that the guy survives out there int eh wilderness without being eaten by the Zig. You could even toss a bit of a lore tweak on the antimagic text suggesting that he's the guy they're getting their antimagic potions from
While we're at it, the stat sets for the stat potions are *old*. Will/Cunning characters who are or might want to go antimagic (oozemancer, solipsist, summoner, doomed, most mindslayers, some wyrmics) basically have two different potions that each offer them one stat that's useful and one that's near-meaningless. Of course, that makes sense - when the quest was put in, mindcrit and mindpower based characters didn't exist.
I do note, though, and this is odd - there's a brotherhood of alchemists out there, presumably with lots of alchemy lore, and we don't see any of their products aside from the few samples from the people who are in the process of getting in. Presumably they're selling to somebody. Where are they all?

Perhaps, as the lore suggests, they act mostly as an Omniscient Council of Vagueness?
Whatever the case, they seem unwilling to give their "precious elixirs" to the common man. Because they're so snobby, or... something.

My headcanon is that the few elixirs you get in the quest represent a lot of work. Most alchemists wouldn't share that with anyone; you're only getting a sample because the competitors are so desperate to get into the Brotherhood. The actual Brotherhood spends most of its time doing esoteric research that would seem hideously impractical to a crude, violent oaf like the PC.

The alchemists we helpdo say they only "need a few particular ingredients", and insinuate that their work is hard, and you are really lucky to get any compensation. So... I agree.
