Is there any way to take a third option in Corrupter vs Zigur? You can't invade Zigur without the Corrupter's help, and after the invasion the Grand Corrupter is unkillable.
If it was possible I would kill both camps. Clearly neither side is helping the world.

Just wait around a bit after you've wiped out the Ziguranth. The Grand Corruptor's invulnerability wears off eventually (I believe it's only there to keep him from dropping dead immediately after the battle).
