It's a nice to have effect for your own Aether Breach, but it's incredibly useful for when some boss casts it and you want to know if you need to run away.
Valid point. I just realized that I don't even remember when was the last time an enemy used AB on me, so it didn't came into my mind. Good luck, I guess.

And the gfx effect does look really good.. overall, I'd say put it in!
