I looked up something I had forgotten about until recently; Namely, this thread.
Most of what I suggested was implemented in this version. Lemme know if there's any bugs.

Bugfixes:
Vision range bonus now properly shows on Vision amulets.
Added changes:
"warden's" ranged ego: Grants a 0.1, 0.1 boost to Chronomancy/Temporal Combat.
The Warped Boots: Blight damage bonus and spellcrit removed. Added 10 Mind/Spellresist, 10% Blight resistance, and +80 life.
Scorched Boots: Fire/Darkness +15% damage bonuses added. 6% spellcrit added. L3 Poison Storm(30 power out of 40) added.
Crown of Command: +5 Mindpower, L1 Indomitable(60 out of 60 power), grants +7 Strength/+7 Cunning to Halflings.
Gloves of the Firm Hand: 30% stun resistance.
Voice of Telos: Grants 5% Arcane/Cold/Blight/Darkness/Acid/Light/Fire/Lightning affinity.
Cuirass of the Thronesman: Healing Modifier penalty dropped from 40% to 30%. Added 10% Armor Hardiness and 25% Darkness resistance. Grants +100 Life to Dwarves, and +15 Fatigue(negating its penalty entirely).
Sword of Potential Futures: Negative physical penalty removed. +5 Spellpower/Spellcrit added, weapon delay lowered to 90%.
Dagger of the Past: Negative physical penalty removed. +10 Defense, +10 Spellsave and +20% Movement speed added, weapon delay lowered to 90%.
Witch-Bane: Physical crit raised to 20%.
Spectral Blade: 0.5 Mana Regeneration per turn and +5 Spellpower added.
Void Orb: Added 10% chance of on_hit(spell) Arcane Vortex(L2).
Telos Staff(Bottom): Added +20% Critical Damage modifier, +8% spellcrit, and 20% confusion resistance.
Nature's Vengance: Added 4% allresistance for Antimagic users.
Penitence: Added a 50% disease resistance bonuse and 10% blight resistance bonus for Shalore.
Thaloren Tree-Bow: Added +12 Defense and 20% Blight/Nature resistance bonus for Thalore.
Corpsebow: Added 20 lifedrain ranged project bonus for Undead races.
Helm of Dwarven Emperors: Added a +5 Mag/Wil/Cun bonus for Dwarves.
Orc Feller: Added a +6 Cunning and +25 Luck bonus for Halflings.
Rope Belt of the Thaloren: Added +15 Mindsave/+20 Mind damage resistance for Thalore.
Skin of Many: Added a +30% Confusion/Fear resistance and a negation of the stealth penalty, for Undead races.
Nature's Blessing: Added a +20 Spellsave bonus, for Antimagic.
Sceptre of the Archlich: Expanded the racial bonus from Lich to all Undead races.
Oozing Heart: Added a 30 damage melee project in Manaburn damage, for Antimagic users.
Thaloren-Wood Cuirass: Added a Fatigue negation, for Thalore.
Eksatin's Ultimatum: Way, way too much like Kroll(to the point where it clearly copypasted 90% of its stats. Bad Pure!). Damage dropped to 60, stat bonuses/physical damage bonus/defense bonus/armor bonus removed. Physical crit rate raised to 25% from 5%. APR raised from 7 to 25.
Barring any bugs, this will probably be the last version of this. (And hopefully the last time for a long while that I have to do one of these.

Edit: Oh, darn it, I forgot two artifacts I wanted to tweak. Guess there'll be one small addition set.

Added changes:
Crown of the Elements: Added an 8% damage bonus to its primary four elements.
Whip of Urh'rok: Damage raised to 55. +15 Spellpower, +20% Blight/Fire damage, L4 Bone Nova(20%) and L3 Blood Boil(15%) on physical hit chances added. (As wielder bonuses, not as carried. The 8% carrying blight bonus is still the only carried bonus.)
