I haven't actually gotten antimagic yet (I was already friends with angolwen when I went to zigur), I just saw that people above me in this post thought that antimagic abilities should require a more permanent sacrifice of some sort.
Eh? I like the dedication thing. I like that it actually makes me modify my gameplay when I want antimagic. I like that the Zig doesn't ask people to "prove their devotion to the antimagic cause" when they've been running around using magic all the time. I'd still like it if some of the higher antimagic skills made it harder to (or impossible to) use certain kinds of magic (and possibly got a powerup in return).
