Currently this talent is next to useless, since it does barely any damage and has almost no effect on fire spells. Would be nice if at higher level it would give +5/10/15/20 fire damage to melee attacks, and a similar percentile bonus to fire spell damage.

Frost Hands is probably fairly okay as is, since the Freeze effect is already way too powerful.

I would also say that the fourth talent of the Wildfire and Ice trees should either scale better with the raw talent, not use raw talent and instead use effective talent level, or possibly scale with how many spells that you know that do fire/cold damage? The increase in damage type with the fourth talents are low as hell, however (at level 2 with a cyromancer) the resistance reduction seems to be very well balanced with what I should be normally fighting.
