Phase Door and Teleport Scrolls

Could we get some scaling on these off Magic like we get for ID scrolls.

Full on targeted would probably be to much but being able to pick the target area would be nice.

Actually I'd like to see (rarer) scrolls of controlled phase door or controlled teleport (more accurate with high MAG perhaps). Since mages get partially controlled teleports often anyway....
