Show what the next level of a skill will do

I'd like to see what my current ability in the skill is, and what it would be if I spend my next point.

The point is, that at the moment I can only see that if I have points to spend, try it, and check what I get, then decide if I like it. Also you can see how cool the later skills is for which you don't meet the requirements to make you build towards it.

For example Snap :

Your quick wits allow you to reset the cooldown of 2 of your combat talents of level 0 of less

Well that's useless, can I reset lvl 1, 2, 3, 4? I need 36 cunning to get there, I'm at 20... Do I spend the points to get there only to be disappointed?
