For me there is a big problem with the scalling multiplicator in nightmare difficulty
All elite en more began very too powerfull after a couple of hours
The problem is more large, normal mob are too weak and others became too strong. At the beginning of the 1.7 the scalling was lowered to 50% and it was very good for me (50% but more rare spawn) it was not to easy and claim a good comprehension of mechanics of the game
Idkw but the game is back to too difficult like before 1.7 (there was a revert about the scalling ?) Impossible for me to reach the first part of the game now same with special build for tank (i play only melee charac)
This game is nearly perfect but the balance in roguelike for some charac is just impossible

Do you have an example of talents/abilities that are scaled poorly?
Generally I find Nightmare pretty well balanced except for the odd adventurer party/unique boss.
