Add tinker store to main campaign

I like to play the tinker class characters in the main campaign fairly often. It is quite possible to go through the entire game without ever seeing a steam generator drop which makes playing tinker classes difficult at best. I feel like these drops happen more often in the East, but that is a LONG time to wait for a generator to drop. Probably just RNG, but it seems like medical injectors do not have this same problem. If general shops sell these items it seems quite rare for them to actually be available.

My solution to this point is to use the "where did you learn your craft" option from a tinker escort simply to get access to the shop in the northern part of the map. If I fail to save that escort however I can pretty much count on a lost game.

It seems like a simple tinker shop could be added to one of the towns. I don't see this as game-breaking in any way. It would not benefit anyone that isn't already a tinker or had spent a category point to gain access to the tinker trees.

Thoughts? I suppose this could be a good way for me to learn about programming add-ons, but having it native would be awesome.
