1- Remove the tree Combat Veteran entirely.
2- Remove the talent Combat Technique / Precise Strikes (sustain).
3- Replace Precise Strikes with new talent Combat Veteran (passive), which gives both +life regen and +stamina regen.
Very simple fix for Combat Veteran
