Got many rings. Need more fingers. Be Spiderkin? Be Octopal? Ya! (roar)


I am suggesting a new playable race. rings weigh so little and have so many gloriously covetous characteristics. Yes, I'm drooling. My Precious! The ability to wear 4 rings at once? With an upgrade to eight rings after completing eight impossible quests before breakfast? (plagiarizing Alice's Adventures in Wonderland books)

How would or could a race so alien in appearance interact with the rest of Eyal? Sher'Tul seemed to manage that challenge just fine. But, many humanoids got bad vibes about spider-ish things, absolutely terrified or compulsion to squish.


What would balance out that ability? Aversion to the playable race from many factions? Or unfavorable treatment, prejudices?
