Summoner tweaks

A few quickies relating to summoners:

Fire drake should not be afraid to breath fire when his hatchlings are in the way, after all they are immune to fire. He doesn't need to worry about respen, if he fries a few hatchlings oh well! Currently, he holds back his fire breath when a hatchling is in the way, making grand arrival not worth using.

Through the Crowd now applies to all party members, so how about removing ALL AoE restrictions when you choose this prodigy? Since they cannot hurt each other any more, how about letting hydra breath on stuff, let fire drake breath fire wherever he wants, etc.

Ice cubes are super dangerous because your summons attack them, and any leftover damage after the ice cube breaks, it goes through to the summoner. Summons should not be hostile to ice cubes, and should avoid attacking them like they avoid attacking party members. When you have through the crowd, summons should be able to break ice cubes without extra damage transferring to the frozen summoner.

My current insane summoner run is getting towards the upper levels, so I've had a chance to test Through the Crowd. Hydra and drake ARE smart enough to use their breath weapons while Through the Crowd is active, so, yay?

A problem with rimebark: His cold aura damages friendly targets, even when Through the Crowd is active. That's a bug, right?
