Make Worm Walk grant Vim regen passively.

Since for all practical purposes it already has that effect, just tied to a cumbersome mechanic of spawning worms and then 'eating' them for vim.

I don't think this'll happen since it's not really meant to function that way. If anything it'll just have it's cd increased to "fix" it, making the whole thing worse, so I think there's no point in this kind of thread :P
It's a nice little thing that I found and I think it's fine not to make a big deal of or change it, it's something far from necessary but nice in some cases.

It's not problematic and it's not in the way of anything, and Reaver isn't really a class that needs less, so I think it's fine.

I won't nerf the talent, but I'll try to find a way to make the non-worm eating part more useful without being tedious infinite vim. As yeah it wasn't intended to let you set up an infinite worm farm (much of my changes to defilers were unfortunately not quite as I intended but hey, that's what feedback is for).
