Make Mental Tyranny help overcome mind damage save

It seems odd that the prodigy designed to increase and improve mind damage doesn't help it overcome one of mind damage's biggest issues: the half damage on mental save. I propose having the talent grant effective mindpower to overcome this save (similar to what Tyrant does for fears) alongside the bonuses it already gives. Would make it more useful for people who actually want to focus on dealing mind damage instead of taking it solely for the shenanigans that can be done with the damage conversion.
