changes to a few summoner talents

I have some ideas to change summoners so that useless abilities are made viable; they're quite good as it is, but some of their options are very lacking

Rage: change this ability to either be able to be used instantaneously, or change it to increase a summon's stat by a % rather than a straight amount, and remove its ability to critically strike; %stat increase scales with talent level only

Detonate: change this ability so it scales the same way, except that instead of going off of your willpower, it goes off of half of your summon's highest stat

Fire Drake: change devouring flame, for all creatures and for players, so that its damage scales off of strength instead of mindpower
if a global change would be too much of an issue, you could instead change this summon so that it also gets a bonus to willpower(but not cunning) equal to its constitution bonus, so that it can make decent use of its Devouring Flame ability and do something worthwhile with it, as Devouring Flame's damage is based off of mindpower and talent level, and fire drake summons normally do not get willpower or cunning based off of the summoner's mindpower, meaning that no matter how high the summoner's mindpower gets or how big the fire drake summon crit is, the fire drake's devouring flame is always going to be really lackluster compared to all of its other abilities, especially as you get further on in the game

Blighted Summoning: increase the magic gain for wild-summons a bit, maybe to 1.2 or 1.5 times your magic stat instead of 1 times your magic stat, and if it can't crit please make it able to do so
