Its a minor thing, but how about instead of requiring the Shoot talent to equip a bow/sling, the bow/sling grants the Shoot talent?
Ammo could also grant the Reload talent.

And get rid of the shooter trainer. It brings absolutely nothing in terms of gameplay. Better to let all players shoot if they have the proper weapon equipped.

I always used to think that this was how it worked. When I realized the ranged weapon trainer only taught shoot and reload rather than some sort of useful talent catagory, like the mindstar mastery or staff combat trainers do, I was a little disappointed.
