Are you being sarcastic? I have several hardcore diablo 2 playing friends and even they hated the "You accidentally assigned one skill point wrong / that skill don't scale like you thought, now you have to start over from the beginning."

By a "hardcore player friend" you mean "a friend who completed normal" in d2? Lol. By thinking first, clicking next, you get way more satisfactions from your lvl 90 flawless character than from a pansy you can respec almost freely in games like titan quest.

And you make a mistake in your path of exile build you can pay a perfecly affordable for 1-5 respec points price. Apparently you won't have enough currency to buy a full respec, because it's a hardcore game and not some farmville.

I'm glad to see this brought up and discussed. I stopped playing because of juggling (ruins my desired approach of trying to play optimally) and I'll be really happy to come back if this limitless boredom to power converter is limited. Respeccing doesn't have to be scrapped entirely to fix it, if it was a limited resource it would be interesting too, but how it is now ruins the game for me.

I'm kinda leary about full respecs though. I lean towards not wanting them, because I liked exploring builds with different characters , but isn't it a seperate topic to juggling anyway?

An option at creation couldn't hurt but it seems like it would require a rebalance of talents, and it doesn't make RP sense for an arcanist to suddenly become a pyromancer.

It is now only possible to remove points in towns.
My feedback meter decays into coding. Give me feedback and I make mods.
