Having X% immunity to an effect should reduce the apply power of that effect by X% instead of just giving you an X% chance to ignore the effect. I'm going to consider defense a type of save, and evasion a type of immunity for this purpose. This has the side effect of making things that reduce immunity more relevant, should the inverse effect be applied with negative immunity levels.
Each save has two stats that grant it, except for defense. I propose that cunning grant .35 defense per level, like dexterity does, to preserve this symmetry.
Make immunity and saves work together better
