New autocast: Activate/deactivate on rest for sustains

I'd like to suggest an autocast setting for sustains specifically that would let you activate or deactivate them only when resting. I've been using autocast when no enemies are visible on a few sustains, mainly to reactivate them if they go down from low mana or disspell and I don't notice my all important defensive sustain is off. This however causes a problem for example when trying to use movement infusions and you round a corner and suddenly waste a turn and break your movespeed bonus by activating a sustain. If there were autocasts set to trigger explicitly on resting then players could not only turn on their no-brainer sustains, but also automatically turn off things like momentum when fights end, and they would never perform these actions by accident in fights.

This option could just entirely replace the autocast on no enemies in sight, really. That's the general upshot of "no enemies in sight" in a game that's based around using automation to transition from one skirmish to another. Giving the command to rest to full is the game's way of letting players signal that think combat is over.
