Some way to turn off the Starter Trans Chest

Just a simple request, from somebody who wants to try a game without the Transmogrification Chest: Some kind of option to turn off starting the game with the Transmogrification Chest once you've found it. Maybe on the New Game screen?

Sounds like something that should be easier to handle over an addon, and given the quite small number of people I'd imagine being interested in this option, it's probably best handled so.
