Psi Rogue

Here's a very rough idea for a psi/rogue type class.

They'd be Dex/Wil/Cun. Have sleep talents, dual weapon attack, dirty fighting, scoundrel, and mindstars (maybe locked). I'd like for mindstars and daggers to be equally viable - maybe even have a special level 10 tree for having 1 of each.

And then the main feature, their unique stealth tree:
Alter Perception
Range 10, Cooldown 12, Radius [floor(level / 2.5)], Instant, Moderate psi cost
This alters the target's perception for [15 + level * 5] turns, making your figure hard to perceive, or even making them disbelieve in your existence. While under this effect they treat you as having [X% of your mindpower] stealth power, tested against their mental save instead of stealth detection. When they take damage from you their mental save is increased by [X, decreasing with talent level]% of that damage for purposes of seeing you. Recasting this effect will reset this save bonus.

Disbelief
Passive
Attacks are hard to guard against if you don't believe they're coming. You gain [level * 8] physical and mental power when attacking targets whose perceptions you have altered. Furthemore, you get an automatic critical on any attacks where they disbelieve you entirely (fail to notice stealth)

Perception Aura
Moderate Psi Sustain
You automatically alter the perceptions of anyone within [level] spaces of you who does not already have their perceptions altered. This will never reset their damage bonus.

Nonexistence
Low Psi Sustain, Cooldown 48
With great mental effort you can completely erase yourself from the minds of others. Any time someone sees through your altered perception, you instead increase your effective stealth power for the remainder of the turn, high enough to remain completely hidden. This costs [X, decreasing with level] psi per point raised, and can raise no higher than an additional [X, increasing with level] points.
Addons: Arcane Blade Tweaks, Fallen Race, Monk Class, Weapons Pack
Currently working on Elementals. It's a big project, so any help would be appreciated. :)

This is super cool. I like the bit about mixing Daggers and Mindstars.
