With the new infinite scaling changes, Stealth has gotten a weird nerf.
Very few categories used talent point break points for impact as much as Stealth(None I can think of, in fact; This is why it was the most commonly category pointed category in the game). With the new alterations assuming L5, though, it has lost points in basically every category, due to its heavy talent point reliance.
(Off the top of my head, I believe the Stealth distance has gone down by 1 at cap, more TL past 6.5 does less, and this is on top of it losing Stealth power and detection breaking chance across the board.)
My solution to this is simple; Make the target value the old L6 values at L5, instead of the old L5 values. Basically one less tile of stealth distance, more power, etc.
Since Stealth is one of the more debated trees for worth, I'm not seeing a reason the nerf should really stay, and it seems accidental-kind of a metagame vs theory nerf, as it were.

I think stealth could use a buff beyond that as well. In my last few attempts with stealth builds its seemed most powerful enemies could see through it without much issue. In the mid/late games the easy enemies who it works on you can handle easily without stealth but doesn't do much for the ones you need it for.
This would make those nasty orc master assassin's more deadly but that's okay in my book too.
