Option to Rebind the Keys for Manual Targetting

My question here keeps getting buried: http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=39487. I asked it in the old dumb questions thread too and it never gets answered. I take that to mean that there isn't a way to rebind manual targeting. I would love a way to do that.
