Eldritch Stone should provide mana regen while resting

Currently, you can cast Eldritch Stone, hit yourself, and recover your mana when it expires or is cancelled. That means that Stone Wardens have an option to recover mana while resting, but it is slow and annoying. Just as Manasurge runes give mana while resting to prevent users from having to cast them manually, so Eldritch Stone should give mana while resting for the same reason.
