Show paradox backfire/anomaly chance on resource bar

Backfire chance is pretty important and I don't want to have to mouse over Spacetime Tuning every time I want to make sure it's 0%. Surely the resource bar could show all three chances?

I don't see why not. I love Paradox mages and this would be a nice convenience for them.
