Exotic Weapons Trainer

Similar to the Staff/Mindstar options in SVN, could we get a way to unlock/get a free level in Exotic Weapons Mastery from Last Hope trainers?

This'd be a nice help to Exotic Weaponry builds, and if it gave a free level, this would make a lot of early game Whips more appealing.
