Give Brawlers Mobility

Watch a real-life boxing match and you'll see two guys who never stop moving their feet. Since the point of brawlers only being able to use their techniques in light armor is that they need it for flexibility, they should start with access to the tree that gives them a boost to defense based on that same idea of flexibility. This will also give brawlers a sink for generic points - and they really need one, unless I am underestimating how much they want to invest in field control.

Also while I'm at it, I'd love to see Strider give a bonus to Spinning Backhand. Reducing CD 1/level like the other skills would be too much, but maybe .5 turns/level?

Sounds like a good idea. Maybe give it at 1.20 mastery.

They're definitely short on places to put generics, and the tree would fit quite well thematically, too.
