Back door of vor armory teleporting block

#1 Post by King Gainer »

Prevent telephoning into the boss room of the Vor armory back door. Inevitably the orc wizards will teleport into the boss room and drag him and everything in the room into the fight, this can create ridiculously unfair situations like fighting the boss, four orc high pyromancers, two cyromancers, and that Fat orc unique all at once.

You can always escape and fight somewhere else. By the time you get to Vor Armory you should have multiple escape options.

I think the problem is target passing, not escape options. All of the mages there have phase door, and use it often. When they escape and arrive next to another orc, all of a sudden you are fighting three (or twenty) enemies instead of one.

Yeah. Those casters are primarily based on cold and fire, something that's easy to get resistances for. Between that and multiple abilities to escape and reposition yourself you should have by now, along with movement speed bonuses (which people seriously undervalue imho) you should be able to handle the armory just fine. I didn't have a lot of trouble getting myself in the position where I don't have to fight more than 2-3 at a time with a reaver and they have suck mobility.
