Liches actually have two healing sources, both the Undead Link talent that drains life from their minions, and the Vampiric Gift talent which has a chance to drain life from the damage your spells deal.
As to the stat potions, I'd suggest that they be more focused, as the original couplings of stats in them appear to have been focused on simple classes, like raising Dex and Cun together (rogue), Mag and Wil together (mage), and Str and Con together (warrior). Today, there are many more builds. Which would a summoner or doomed choose, important Cun and less useful Dex, or critical Wil and basically useless Mag? I'd rather see each potion only have +6 in one stat (instead of +3 in two), but have more potions to choose from (but maybe still the same max number to complete for an alchemist). Of course, this would make the +4 free stats potion useless, so it would have to be removed.

...or if you're stacking it alongside a class/generic point, perhaps not quite as much as 6. 6 points above cap in a major stat is a nontrivial boost. That having been said, I agree with doing something about the stat coupling.
