Quick alchemist quest change

Make them require only one ingredient for each potion. Less tedium then. To balance this I suggest tweaking the following rewards:

Elixir of fox - +2 to dex/cun
Elixir of mysticism - +2 to mag/wil
Elixir of mastery - +3 stat points
Elixir of brawn - +2 to str/con
Elixir of foundations - +1 generic point
Elixir of focus - +1 class point

It would also be better if the ingredient requested were somehow linked to character level, so you're not being asked for a multi-hued wyrm scale at level 4. That's a less quick fix though...

I like it the way it is actually. I almost always get the ingredients eventually.
