Consolidate Graphic Mode, Game Options, Video Options

All three of these categories encompass options related to display, apart from the saving and the mouse options. These could be reduced to two screens, if not one. I often end up picking the wrong one the first time. If another level of organization is desired, the options could be put under sub-headings.
Sorry about all the parentheses (sometimes I like to clarify things).
